In January 2022, a collision while playing football resulted in me suffering 3 ligament tears in my ankle, change in alignment of my ankle bones and a fracture in my shin bone. I underwent an extensive surgery in January which left me on bedrest for the next two months, and struggling to walk after the bedrest period. In July 2022, things got worse when an Xray showed that the surgical implants in my leg had in fact broken, which resulted in another surgery, leaving me on complete bedrest for another month. This is when a friend suggested Dr. Padmanaban's Movementology for physiotherapy. Within a brief period of just 1.5 months, the expert team of physiotherapists at the center worked with me through my healing process, and I am able to jog with ease now. My healing process was overlooked by Dr. Santhanapandian who designed a personalised routine for me every class, which further optimised my healing time. I underwent meniscal surgery on my left knee, and two months later, I could barely walk on my own. I consulted the Movementology Clinic, where Dr. Padmanabhan sir assessed my condition and recommended a 12-week rehabilitation program. He assigned Aravindh as my mentor and coach. Aravindh is exceptionally talented and very friendly. He assessed my condition daily before starting each session. During my physiotherapy sessions, which were held twice a week, he patiently answered all my questions, especially concerning any pain I experienced, and adjusted the exercises as needed. In addition to the sessions at the clinic, I also performed daily exercises at home to strengthen my muscles. Over time, I noticed significant improvement in my muscle strength. Condition:Soft tissue bankart lesions post surgery. Had a very good experience. Underwent bankart lesion surgery on my shoulder post which I had two unsuccessful attempts at returning to playing badminton. This is when my orthopaedic suggested I pay Dr Padmanabhan a visit.
