Condition:Soft tissue bankart lesions post surgery. Had a very good experience. Underwent bankart lesion surgery on my shoulder post which I had two unsuccessful attempts at returning to playing badminton. This is when my orthopaedic suggested I pay Dr Padmanabhan a visit. The exercises and sessions were very well planned and the approach was very methodical. Over the sessions I could feel the improvement and thanks to Dr. Padmanabhan, Joshita and the entire team at movementology I am back on the court now.
