Arshed earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from JDT Islam College of Physiotherapy, Kerala, and his Master’s degree (MPT) from AWH Special College of Physiotherapy, Kerala. He holds a FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine and is certified in Advanced Orthopedic Rehabilitation. He has published multiple peer-reviewed journals on shock wave therapy and is an expert in treating neck conditions, cartilage rehabilitation, and promoting joint longevity through regenerative rehabilitation.
