I had really bad knee pain and swelling for which before visiting Padmanabhan’s Movementology Clinic, I had been been to another orthopaedician who asked me to just get X rays done, prescribed some medicines and directed me to their physiotherapist without any specific instructions. But in this clinic, right from the beginning everything was done just right. First, Dr Padmanabhan’s precise analysis of my issue as Patello Femoral pain which required me to do a minimum of 6-8 weeks of physiotherapy, no tablets, just a collagen supplement as an aid. And I was assigned to Diya as my physiotherapist and she helped me through all the exercises accurately for the 1.5 – 2 months of physiotherapy. Initially I had pain even while walking up and down the stairs and now I can even go back to running I would definitely recommend everyone with any orthopaedician related issues to visit this clinic. I don’t think there’s any team better equipped for this.
